Chandra

Chandra basically wants to be an elite socialite. She's comes off bitchy but it's more of a self defense mechanism. She recently befriended Alondra.

Chandra (TwinklyDiamonds) has had a 'helper' for 5 years. She is a ceremony candidate who was passed over the last time, but is still hoping to be picked.
